WFHB, Candidate's Statements. "I'm running because I feel that our community's social services have been and are being neglected. I've observed first hand that we have a fiscal priority system that discounts the value of social services while overstating the value of other things, such as incarceration." Listen to Sophia's entire candidate statement by clicking HERE. Her statement is just under four minutes and 700KB in size so should be downloadable even on a slow link.
KQED, National Public Radio, Voting Booth Art Blooms in Bloomington. "NPR's Linda Wertheimer talks to Lara Weaver in Bloomington, Ind., about the city's new public art project.
